How order delivery works
Rymed Technologies, LLC uses this Shipping Policy to explain what happens after an order is placed, how shipment timing is handled, and what customers should expect throughout the delivery process. Shopify and related shipping-policy guides recommend covering processing time, shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking, restrictions, and customer support contact details so expectations are clear before purchase.
Order review and release
Orders are typically reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days after successful checkout. This handling window may be extended when an order requires payment review, address confirmation, inventory coordination, holiday processing adjustments, or response to carrier service interruptions.
A shipment is considered in transit only after it has been packaged and accepted by the designated carrier. Confirmation of purchase does not mean the parcel has already entered the carrier network.
Shipment options
Available shipping methods are shown at checkout based on destination, order size, package characteristics, and service availability. Not every delivery option is available for every order, and shipment methods may need to be revised if the original selection cannot be supported operationally or geographically.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery windows begin after the order has been shipped, not when it is first placed. Transit times are estimates only and may vary because of weather conditions, routing changes, carrier backlogs, regional access limitations, or other factors beyond normal store control.
Where no guaranteed carrier service is specifically offered, delivery dates should be understood as good-faith estimates rather than fixed deadlines. This approach matches common Shopify shipping-policy guidance and ecommerce best practices for setting customer expectations.
Shipping charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted. Charges may vary depending on service level, destination, shipment profile, and any special handling or follow-up delivery requirements associated with the order.
Tracking and updates
If tracking is available for the selected shipment, tracking information is sent to the customer using the email address submitted during checkout. Carrier scan activity can take time to appear, so tracking pages may not update immediately after label creation or initial carrier acceptance.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering full and accurate shipping information before completing their order. Rymed Technologies, LLC is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, return-to-sender events, or package loss caused by incorrect address details, omitted suite information, outdated recipient data, or similar entry errors.
If a package is returned because the delivery details provided were incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be sent again. Previously incurred shipping costs may not be refundable once fulfillment activity has already started.
Delivery issues
If an order arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the business promptly. Review of these situations may require order details, photographs of the package, shipping label information, or other documentation reasonably necessary to investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
